Enable “Clear Flood” mode, which will clean a flooded engine. A flooded engine occurs when there is fuel in the spark plugs, preventing them from producing sparks. To enable Clear Flood mode, fully depress the accelerator before repeatedly turning the ignition to the “On” position. This activates the Clear Flood mode, which causes the engine to pump air instead of fuel, thus drying out the spark plugs. Do this for five minutes, take your foot off the pedal, and turn the car off, taking the keys out of the ignition. After a minute, the Honda should start. Otherwise, there may be mechanical problems that require a professional mechanic with diagnostic equipment to fix it.
