The water-based lubricant glides on easily and leaves no sticky residue. It is useful for intimate situations where you cannot form your own moisture. Making your own water-based lube at home is easy to accomplish with a limited amount of time and materials. This gives you more time to enjoy while spending less than you would on expensive commercial lubricants.
Add the aloe vera gel to the plastic bottle.
Add the coconut oil and polysorbate 20 to the bottle. Polysorbate 20 emulsifies oil and water.
Add the silk protein extract. This creates a silky glide that resists drying.
Secure the bottle and shake vigorously. The materials will mix to create a thin gel that feels like water. The gel does not dry easily and allows for slippery lubrication.
