Why study architecture?
Architecture is passion, calling, science and business. It has been described as a social art and also a science of genius. The architecture must be of the highest design quality. In the words of Marco Vitruv, the great Roman architect and historian, architecture offers “strength, comfort and joy”.
Architecture offers a feeling for the place and the support of all kinds of human activity. Architecture helps in man-made adaptation in harmony with the environment and promotes health and well-being, enriches aesthetic and spiritual life, offers economic opportunities and creates a heritage that reflects and symbolizes culture and traditions.

Architects are talented personalities with a flair for design, an understanding of social trends, an entrepreneurial sense of smell, strong engineering skills and an understanding of the law.
