I was already wondering when we talked about Trulia in Gebeta: Why isn’t anyone in Spain doing something like Trulia anymore?
It seems that someone listened to my request (do I have a commission?) And got down to work. The result: Home search engine.
As you may have already deduced, it is a search engine for houses and apartments for sale and rent that aggregates the advertisements published on a multitude of real estate web pages and allows you to search for advertisements in a very simple way.
Right now Casabuscador has more than 10,000 indexed ads (for now only Madrid and Barcelona, but it will soon be expanded to more cities) and the index is continuously updated.
The main features of Casabuscador are:
Searches by keywords and by price ranges
It integrates with Google Maps, to see where the floors are (only those that have published the address)
Send alerts of your searches by RSS and by email, so that you will be the first to know when a new apartment is announced.
It allows you to create your list of preferred announcements and send it by mail
