22 mayo, 2021

Samsung’s catalog is constantly being renewed, and the movement is much faster when we look only at its Galaxy A family, with quite a few phones in circulation. Now it is the turn of the most basic of all that passes to its 2.0 generation and becomes the new Samsung Galaxy A11.

And as expected, the model takes a few steps forward compared to the original model, the Galaxy A10. Among others, incorporate a third camera to the rear or extend the battery to 4,000 mAh. But let’s see step by step what the new economic model of the Korean manufacturer is made of.

Cameras

Perhaps the most striking jump that we find in this Galaxy A11 compared to the previous generation has to do with the jump to the triple camera, something that we had not had even in its intermediate generation, that of the Galaxy A10s. Now we no longer have two eyes but three, and what we gain by moving forward is a super wide angle lens to offer more possibilities to the user.

Samsung Galaxy A10, analysis: a cheap mobile for those looking for a large screen and enormous autonomy

Thus, the Galaxy A11 has for us a main camera of 13 megapixels with a lens with aperture f / 1.8 which will be the one we normally use. Next to it, or rather below it, we have a camera of 5 megapixels with a super wide angle lens and f / 2.4 aperture, and a third 2 megapixels with f / 2.2 lens completes the package with a simple yet complex task: taking depth readings to apply the bokeh by software.

The equipment is completed with the front camera, one of 8 megapixels with f / 2.0 lens that arrives embedded in the phone screen thanks to the fact that we have in hand an Infinity-O brand of the house, a 6.4-inch TFT LCD with HD + resolution and a 19.5: 9 ratio, which translates into 1,560 x 720 pixels for the panel.

An unannounced brain and big battery

Galaxy A11

Samsung opts for its new Galaxy A11 for an eight-core processor running at 1.8GHz and whose name will come to light when the first analyzes of the device begin to arrive. The chip is accompanied by two RAM options and a single internal storage version, which will produce two versions for sale: 2GB / 32GB and 3GB / 32GB. And both can be expanded with a microSD up to an additional 512GB.

One more camera, more battery and updated power for the Galaxy A11

For the battery we now have an internal battery of 4,000 mAh with 15W fast charge, a step up from the 3,400 mAh without fast charging of the previous model. In connectivity, this Galaxy A11 is a 4G phone with WiFi and Bluetooth, and we have no more information about the brand in this regard. What we do know is that the fingerprint reader is rear and that we also have software facial recognition in the front camera.

We can close by saying that the new Samsung Galaxy A11 has dimensions of 161.4 x 76.3 x 8.0 millimeters and a weight of 177 grams. The phone will go on sale in four colors: black, white, blue and red.

Galaxy A11

As we have already commented previously, the Galaxy A11 arrives in four colors and in two versions of RAM for one of internal storage, so we will only have two models for sale in stores. The price for now has not been communicated so we will await the official announcement, which will probably be made individually for each country.
