Jpeg to PDF it’s a little app free for Windows that does not need installation (come on, it is portable) and that allows us to create PDFs from a group of images. We can put all the images into a single file or create one from each image. And, despite what its name says, it does not support only the format Jpeg, but also BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF, WMF Y EMF.
To use it, we just have to drag and drop the images into the program window. Before generating the PDF, we will can customize some of the features of the final document such as the size of the page (fixed or adapted to the images) or the margins, in addition to being able to order the images according to what we need.
