23 mayo, 2021

After the cancellation of the previous MWC in Barcelona, many manufacturers had to delay their launches. This is the case of Nokia: the brand owned by HMD Global had planned the presentation of several phones; among which was the Nokia 8.3 5G. Now, after almost two months of delay, we finally know the mobile. And it does not look bad, at least on paper: it aims to be a mid / high range with all the balance between design, construction, materials and specifications that Nokia usually brings to its devices.

Nokia has just renewed its entire catalog of Android phones, both in the upper and lower ranges. Three smartphones presented and a ‘feature phone’; among which the Nokia 8.3 5G stands out, a high quality mobile that bet on 5G as the predominant detail. It is not the only thing since the mobile has enough power, also great photographic capabilities. Everything to become a priority choice for those looking for a good, attractive mobile with guaranteed updates.

Nokia 8.3

Every mobile brand worth its salt must have a 5G-compatible model this 2020, there is no excuse. And Nokia is no stranger to this trend since the Nokia 8.3 5G comes standard with compatibility with these mobile networks. All thanks to the Snapdragon 765G, one of the latest Qualcomm processors to hit the market and also one of the most powerful. In this sense, the Nokia 8.3 5G features are high: not only does it offer multiple wireless connectivity, but also hardware to match; with different versions to choose from in terms of RAM and storage.

Nokia 8.3

Nokia maintains its design line by offering a robust phone, high-quality materials and with a style that has nothing to envy to the high-end. Large 6.81-inch screen that does not get huge, HDR10 + compatibility, well-used front and front camera in the left corner of the screen that maximizes front use. The use of multiple rear cameras is even allowed, four no less.

The LCD screen forces the Nokia 8.3 5G to place the capacitive fingerprint sensor on the right side, but it is not bad news either: thanks to this the mobile gains in reading speed and efficiency. It does not do without NFC, nor the headphone jack. And it is kept well updated as standard: Android 10; with the usual Nokia software cleaning.

Nokia 8.3

The battery is not exaggerated, but it is not in a bad place either: the Nokia 8.3 5G bets on a capacity of 4,500 mAh. It does not include wireless charging, although it does include 18W fast charging.

Price and availability of the Nokia 8.3 5G

The mobile has just been presented internationally and should reach a good part of territories, including Spain. Nokia says it will be available in the summer. And we have a price: the Nokia 8.3 5G will cost 599 euros.
