Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 was officially presented in the last days of 2019, and it is now when we are getting to know the terminals that equip it, such as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. It is expected to be in almost the entire high-end of the year, but for if there were any doubts, Qualcomm has revealed several terminals with Snapdragon 865 to come.
In a press release, Qualcomm has named some of the more than 70 mobiles expected with Snapdragon 865. The most curious thing about the matter is that some of these mobiles are not yet official and, in some cases, we did not even know of their existence until now.
Qualcomm makes spoilers
It’s an open secret that the Snapdragon 865 is going to star in much of the high-end for at least the first part of the year. It is expected in practically the entire high-end with the exception of manufacturers that create their own chips, such as Samsung or Huawei. However, the list includes models that have not yet been presented and that, in some cases, we did not even know of their existence or we had confirmed that they would arrive. This is the case, for example, of the ASUS Zenfone 7 or the Legion Gaming Phone. Are these:
That is, they are in total nine mobiles not yet presented, although in some cases their manufacturers had already made it clear to us that they would have Snapdragon 865 and in other cases it could be deduced. What we made clear is that Lenovo is going to release a gamer mobile with Snapdragon 865 and that the ASUS Zenfone 7 should not take long to appear.
