ExpressBurn is another free program as long as it is not for commercial use. The free version does not expire, but only lets you burn CDs. A plus version that varies in price, lets you burn DVD and Blu-ray. ExpressBurn also has a version for macOS.
Burnaware is a simple tool to burn CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray of all kinds, be it audio, video, data, backups, bootable discs, etc. The free version contains all the basic functions except direct disk-to-disk copying.
Alcohol 120% is an excellent and well-known tool for burn CDs and DVDs in Windows. It does not have a free version but you do have a 15-day trial period with all its functions. The full version costs 39 euros.
